You’ll find everything you need in one convenient platform."Style development began by creating a stripped down derivative of the Google Material Dark Theme design system. Custom elements were later developed in cooperation with Alchemy stakeholders and the off-shore development team.

Academy Live, later Zosi Live, was proposed as a live webcast element in which consultants and industry leaders could meet directly with clients to help build a community around food and workplace safety. Below are concepts for that product.

Protek eLearning Library Style Guide

SUMMARYI spearheaded the design of a unique visual identity for the Intertek Protek COVID-19 safety library of eLearning courses. My approach blended the established aesthetic of Intertek's existing branding with elements to cater to adult learning. This design project, set against the backdrop of the global pandemic, aimed to create an engaging, educational experience through a suite of focused courses.The team ultimately chose Articulate Rise for development due to its ease of use. Speed-to-market was obviously of the essence during the height of the pandemic.

Beat / Learning Moment Pedagogy

SUMMARYInstructional Design and Adult Education experts Will Schexnayder, Kyle Schmidt and I were tasked with reviewing and developing a new course creation methodology for Alchemy. The Beat / Learning Moment Structure is a pedagogical methodology, crafted through this collaborative effort. This approach modularizes learning, transforming it into a versatile set of building blocks, each encapsulating a key learning moment. By enabling the flexible interchange of these blocks, the program simplifies course development, enhances the efficiency of art creation, and offers possibilities for constructing both comprehensive courses and focused refresher modules. Furthermore, its unique design facilitates easy content updates, ensuring the courses remain relevant and engaging over time.
